Membership

A top quality course, peaceful surroundings, attentive and welcoming staff along with unrivalled practice facilities are just some of the compelling reasons to join us at Bristol & Clifton.

Everything at the club is set up for the benefit and enjoyment of its members to the extent where we limit availability for visiting groups and cap the number of visits of guests. We have a range of competitions, matches and team events for all ages and abilities, along with thriving ladies, juniors and senior sections. Applications for membership are welcomed from golfers of all abilities.

If you're new to the area or even new to the game itself, there is no finer or more welcoming club in which to learn, practice or play. If you're a serious golfer, we offer you all the challenges, competition and camaraderie you could ever need. These are good times to be at Bristol & Clifton - come and be a part of it.

Juniors

We're very proud of the number of youngsters we introduce to the game and their accomplishments both on and off the course and we are keen to continue and expand this section of the club. We offer an introduction and coaching and then eventually full junior membership. Juniors are made most welcome in all areas of the club.

Subscription Fees effective 1st April 2024

(all memberships expire 31st March 2025)

Joining part-way through a membership year merits a pro-rata discount (once the first three months of the membership year have passed).

An Entrance Fee is payable with all adult playing memberships. This Entrance Fee is reduced for those aged under 35.

All playing members are required to pay an Affiliation Fee; the club collects this on behalf of England Golf, the Gloucestershire County Golf Union and the Gloucestershire County Ladies' Golf Association:

Subscriptions may be paid by instalments under a Direct Debit scheme or by credit or debit card.
